Warranty Criteria

  • One year from Date of purchase or activation date whichever is earlier.
  • Purchase of handset from authorised samsung dealer
  • Any modification or alterations of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorised personnel, as determined by the company personnel shall not be covered under warranty
  • Liquid damage/ Physical damage / Unauthorized opening / Tampering to the handset, then warranty criteria are not valid and it will be treated as WARRANTY VOID handset.
  • Data backup is customer’s responsibility before submiting the handset at service center. Service center is not responsible for loss of any data, content, applications on the handset.
  • Service center do not undertake back up of data and is not responsible too

Warranty on Out Warranty Repairs

  • 30 days warranty for replaced part.
  • This repair warranty is restricted only to parts repaired and charged in out warrantty. 
  • Software update / installation are covered for 7days warranty only
  • Any physical damage / liquid damage / unauthrorised opening shall not be covered under 30days repair warranty.

Out Warranty Service Charges

  • Inspection Chargers -  Rs.150 + GST as applicable
  • Software update - Rs.200 + GST as applicable
  • Change of any Mechanical / Electronical part - Rs.350 + GST as applicable
  • NOTE : These are only labour charges. If spares used will be charged extra as per applicable rate + GST as applicable

Accidental Warranty / Insurance

  • We under take repairs for the handset covered under insurance scheme sold by SYSKA / APPS DAILY / INGRAM MICRO / ONE ASSIST / TECH PROTECT / ONSITE / TATA - AIG
