In year 2002, V Care started as Authorized service center for Samsung IT products in Andheri- Mumbai. The center serviced OMS products like CD Rom, CD Writer, DVD & Combo drives of all models and Hard Disk Drives of all models and capacities, later range extended to servicing Samsung's entire range of Color Monitors including CRT,TFT, LCD, LED monitors and entire basket of Printers. Thereafter, for couple of years, V Care managed Samsung's Authorized service centre for Nagpur region as well.

In year 2004, V Care got opportunity to enter telecom services, by associating with Nokia and opened their Authorized CDMA & GSM Mobile Service center located at Ghatkopar-east, one of the most happening central suburbs of Mumbai. Ours was one of the 4 major 'Nokia Care' centers that has been approved and recommended by Reliance web-world for their CDMA handset even through their web site. Since then V Care was running 'Nokia Care' centre in Ghatkopar area. V care has won accolades and appreciation by winning Nokia's Rewards and Recognition scheme twice. We have closed this center since volume was not justified.
We signed up with BlackBerry in June -2012 for setting one of the biggest and largest expert service center of Mumbai. We had been one of the first L2 center that went live in Mumbai on a large scale. We cater largest call volume for BlackBerry handset in Mumbai. This is located at one of the hottest mobile selling market of Mumbai – i.e. Prime Mall, Irla, Vile Parle west. This area has some of the biggest retailers like Alfa, Magnet, Mobile world, Fine Connections, Essar, H K Mobile, Mobile Point and so on. They are not only most renowned reseller, but they demand highest standard of service for retaining their customer base and we have done that successfully. This speaks about our trade relation with sales partners of the brand. We have closed this center since volume was not justified.
We have been approached by HTC through Flextronics to set up an exclusive HTC service center at Vile Parle – in Prime Mall, where in we also have BlackBerry Center. HTC Center. We have closed this center since volume was not justified.
Micromax has been very aggressive on sales and have established their brand on price point. Post their initial set up of service center which actually hurt them more then help, they forged association with organized service providers. We had been given two locations to service, One at Ghatkopar which is very important central suburb location of Mumbai and second was South Mumbai which is business district for city. Our Ghatkopar Service center is the second highest call generating center for Micromax in Mumbai city. With experienced team to manage end user and Trade partner, it has the least escalation and dissatisfaction across Mumbai. We have closed this center since volume was not justified.
We were approached by Samsung to set up its enhanced exclusive service center at South Mumbai – VT, which is central business district of Mumbai. This was when Samsung decided to close small centers and create experience centers for customers. We have set it up at CST, Mumbai admeasuring 1300 SFT. We service all handheld devices of Samsung from here. Samsung is the number one on sales, number one in customer satisfaction and number one in customer service. Their expectations are very high from franchisee and screening of partner is based on capabilities. We have cleared all their audit held so far with 100% mark for integrity and fair business practices.
With objective of having our foot print across Mumbai city we did set up multi brand service center at South Mumbai – Fort, Central Business District of Mumbai and having large corporate houses, Stock Broking houses and Legal firms. We have begun operation in August 2013 and its shaping up extremely well to service multiple brands as their authorized service center from South Mumbai. Here we used to service Micromax , HTC and BlackBerry. We have closed this center since volume was not justified.
Xiaomi approached us June 2015 and begun exploring our capabilities to manage more than a center. They want us to set up centers across Western India including Maharahshtra, Gujrat , Goa. However currently we have confined it to Mumbai City and starting 7 Centers in phases. Vile Parle, Dadar, and Thane in phase 1, Ghatkopar, South Mumbai in phase 2 Nashik - Panvel in phase 3. This would be end to end repairs, selling accessories, refurbished handsets with company warranty and Insurance product to protect. This will be going live by September 2015.
